▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide/epoxy resin composite material modified by chitosan-polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether comprises (i) dissolving chitosan powder in acetic acid solution and stirring to obtain chitosan solution, ultrasonically dispersing the graphene oxide powder in deionized water to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion, mixing the chitosan solution and the graphene oxide dispersion, and stirring to obtain the reaction solution I, washing the reaction solution I, and freeze-drying to obtain graphene oxide-chitosan hybrid material, (ii) preparing graphene oxide-chitosan-polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether hybrid material, and (iii) adding the graphene oxide-chitosan-polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether hybrid material into acetone, and ultrasonically dispersing, heating and curing to obtain a graphene oxide-chitosan-polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether/epoxy resin composite material. USE - The composite material is used in aerospace, military industry, biological medicine, sports device, and electronic packaging. ADVANTAGE - The method: avoids the problem of weak interface intensity between the graphene and the epoxy resin; and has enhancing effect than pure oxidation graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a kind of chitosan-polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether modified oxidized graphene/epoxy resin composite material.
