NOVELTY - Grease containing modified graphene preparation involves mixing and heating base oil with high molecular acid and low molecular acid, adding barium hydroxide to perform saponification, and then adding another portion of base oil and modified graphene with stirring and grinding into grease to obtain grease containing modified graphene. The modified graphene is prepared by adding graphene oxide as a raw material for co-doping of silicon, boron, and phosphorus. The multi-doped graphene is obtained by reduction treatment, where the 7-octenyl trichlorosilane organically modifies the multi-doped graphene. The obtained intermediate product is polymerized with isooctyl acrylate and 7,7,8,8-tetracyano to obtain the modified graphene. The fomert base oil, high-molecular acid, low-molecular acid, barium hydroxide, the latter base oil and modified graphene are provided in a mass ratio of 10:4-6:1.5-2.5:2-3:25-30:0.8-1. USE - Method for preparing grease containing modified graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the grease containing modified graphene in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with good colloidal stability, high dropping point and excellent friction reducing performance.
