NOVELTY - An aqueous graphene radiating plate structure for CPU, comprising a first aluminium alloy radiating fin; the first aluminium alloy radiating fin is provided with a graphene radiating fin; the graphene radiating fin is provided with a second aluminium alloy radiating fin; the second aluminium alloy radiating fin is provided with a graphene radiating fin; the surface of the graphene radiating fin is provided with a concave groove; the port of the concave groove extends to the side of the graphene radiating fin; the upper surface and the lower surface of the graphene radiating fin are provided with a concave groove; the concave groove on the upper surface of the graphene radiating fin and the first aluminium alloy radiating fin form an upper radiating air channel, the concave groove on the lower surface of the graphene radiating fin and the second aluminium alloy radiating fin form a radiating air channel at the lower part. The utility model improves the existing technology, improves the whole radiating performance.
