NOVELTY - Elastomeric material comprises 50-90 pts. wt. rubber, 10-50 pts. wt. thermoplastic polymer, 2-8 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-4 pts. wt. stearic acid, 8-25 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene, 30-70 pts. wt. carbon black, 10-30 pts. wt. plasticizer, 10-30 pts. wt. softener, 0.5-2 pts. wt. sulfur, 1-5 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide and 2-5 pts. wt. accelerator; the rubber in the elastomer material is grafted and cross-linked with a thermoplastic polymer, and the rubber is used as a core, and the thermoplastic polymer is grafted and covered on the outer surface of the rubber. USE - The elastomer material is useful in prefabricated embedding type elastomer sealing telescopic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The elastomer material has high service life, is easy to bend when stressed, and is easy to restore deformation when the external force is small, has good stiffness and supporting deformation ability in the engineering use process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing elastomeric material, comprising mixing graphene, anti-aging agent and plasticizer to obtain graphene slow-release anti-aging system, mixing rubber and carbon black for the first banburying, adding thermoplastic polymer and dicumyl peroxide, carrying out second internal mixing, after obtaining thermoplastic polymer in-situ grafted rubber composite material, adding graphene slow-release anti-aging system, zinc oxide, stearic acid and softener, and carrying out third internal mixing to obtain masterbatch, mixing first-stage masterbatch, accelerator and sulfur, fourth banburying, rubber removal and extrusion vulcanization to obtain the elastomer material.
