▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing corrosion-resistant polydopamine-doped graphene coating, comprises dispersing 0.1-2 g/l graphene in deionized water, ultrasonically vibrating for 30-60 minutes, magnetically stirring for 30-60 minutes to disperse graphene, adding 10 mmol/l tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane into aqueous graphene solution, adjusting pH of solution to 7.5-9, adding 0.1-2 g/l dopamine, soaking copper foil in solution, placing solution at 15-35 degrees C, reacting for 3-24 hours, and continuously slowly stirring using a magnetic stirrer to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing corrosion-resistant polydopamine-doped graphene coating. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes structural similarity between polydopamine and graphene to repair structural defects of graphene; utilizes insulating properties of polydopamine to isolate graphene from metal matrix to inhibit galvanic corrosion reaction; is simple, environmentally friendly and suitable for large-scale production; and produces product on the surface of samples of any shape.
