▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An alumina-coated graphene added self-lubricating ceramic cutting tool material comprises micron alumina, nano alumina, micron silicon nitride, alumina-coated graphene, yttrium oxide, nickel, molybdenum, silicon, manganese, sulfur and phosphorus. The alumina-coated graphene added self-lubricating ceramic cutting tool material is prepared by ultrasonically dispersing raw materials in anhydrous ethanol to obtain suspension, ball milling with absolute ethanol, drying, sieving to obtain mixed powder, loading into graphite abrasive, vacuum-sintering and heat-preserving. USE - Alumina-coated graphene self-lubricating ceramic cutting tool material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The self-lubricating ceramic cutting tool material has high hardness, high fracture toughness, high bending strength, excellent thermal conductivity and self-lubricating ability. The tool material can form a continuous lubricating film on the tool surface when cutting, so that the entire life cycle of self-lubricating function is achieved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Alumina-coated graphene added self-lubricating ceramic cutting tool material comprises 45-65 vol.% micron alumina, 10-18 vol.% nano alumina, 18-27 vol.% micron silicon nitride, 5-10 vol.% alumina-coated graphene, 0.5-3 vol.% yttrium oxide, 0.5-1.5 vol.% nickel, 0.5-1.5 vol.% molybdenum, 0-0.2 vol.% silicon, 0-0.2 vol.% manganese, 0-0.5 vol.% sulfur and 0-0.1 vol.% phosphorus. The alumina-coated graphene added self-lubricating ceramic cutting tool material is prepared by (i) dispersing 45-65 vol.% micron alumina, 10-18 vol.% nano alumina, 18-27 vol.% micron silicon nitride, 5-10 vol.% alumina-coated graphene, 0.5-3 vol.% yttrium oxide, 0.5-1.5 vol.% nickel, 0.5-1.5 vol.% molybdenum, 0-0.2 vol.% silicon, 0-0.2 vol.% manganese, 0-0.5 vol.% sulfur and 0-0.1 vol.% phosphorus with anhydrous ethanol as a dispersion medium, fully stirring while ultrasonically dispersing for 30-60 minutes to obtain suspension, (ii) pouring the suspension into a ball mill, ball milling with absolute ethanol as a ball milling medium for 100-120 minutes, and then removing the ball mill and placing in a vacuum oven, drying at 100-150 degrees C for 24-48 hours, passing the dried powder through a 200 mesh sieve under nitrogen protection to obtain mixed powder, (iii) loading the obtained powder into graphite abrasive, vacuum-sintering at 1600-1800 degrees C under the pressure of 30-40 MPa using hot pressing sintering method under nitrogen protection, and heat-preserving for 30-60 minutes to obtain alumina-coated graphene added self-lubricating ceramic cutting tool material.
