▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of nano-tin dioxide and graphene composite material, involves adding tin(IV)chloride pentahydrate solution to graphene oxide aqueous solution, separating tin ion adsorbed graphene oxide layer, dissolving in deionized water, to obtain seed adsorption solution, mixing seed crystal adsorption solution with tin(IV)chloride pentahydrate aqueous solution, sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and surfactant aqueous solution, hydrothermally reacting the mixture, and cooling, washing and drying the mixture, to obtain nano-tin dioxide and graphene composite material. USE - Preparation of nano-tin dioxide and graphene composite material used for specific response of ammonia gas at room temperature (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation process is simple and easy, and the product morphology is controlled. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of nano-tin dioxide and graphene composite material, involves adding tin(IV)chloride pentahydrate solution to graphene oxide aqueous solution, stirring the mixture, to form tin ion adsorbed graphene oxide layer, separating tin ion adsorbed graphene oxide layer, dissolving in deionized water and processing, to obtain dispersion as seed adsorption solution, preparing tin(IV)chloride pentahydrate, sodium hydroxide and surfactant solution, mixing seed crystal adsorption solution with tin(IV)chloride pentahydrate aqueous solution, sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and surfactant aqueous solution, stirring the mixture and transferring to closed reactor for hydrothermal reaction, cooling the mixture after centrifugation, and washing and drying to obtain nano-tin dioxide and graphene composite material.
