NOVELTY - Steel structure anticorrosive coating comprises a component A, and a component B mixed at a mass ratio of 5:2. The component A comprises 25-55 pts. wt. epoxy resin mixture, 15-20 pts. wt. composite nano powder, 5-10 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 5-18 pts. wt. filler, 5-10 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. wetting agent, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. thickener and 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, where the epoxy resin mixture is a mixture of E44 epoxy resin and E12 epoxy resin in a mass ratio of 1:1. The component B comprises ketimine and aluminum chloride in a mass ratio of 3-5:1. The steel coating is prepared by e.g. (i) taking epoxy resin and deionized water, mixing under stirring conditions, preheating at 80-100 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, and cooling to room temperature to obtain an epoxy resin emulsion, and (ii) dispersing composite nano-powder and modified graphene oxide in deionized water, adding dispersing agent, and dispersing to obtain a nanoparticle dispersion. USE - Used as steel structure anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: is based on an aqueous epoxy resin; utilizes the modified nanocomposite powder and the modified graphene oxide as additives to have excellent dispersibility in the matrix; has photocathode protection and non-metal protection functions; and has excellent long-term comprehensive corrosion resistance and self-cleaning ability.
