▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The making method involves buffing a set of graphene platelets onto a surface of a porous substrate (102) to force the platelets into pores of the substrate, to yield a primed substrate. A fluid is applied to the primed substrate, and the fluid is forced through the substrate while retaining a portion of the platelet within the pores. A graphene membrane comprising the substrate and a graphene platelet filling the pores of substrate is produced. The platelet is in the form of a powder, where the powder is rubbed onto the porous substrate. The fluid contains another set of platelets in suspension. USE - Method for making a membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to make graphene membrane, which has excellent filtration performance, and provides graphene membrane having excellent mechanical strength, and improved mechanical properties such as tensile strength, flexural strength, tensile modulus, elongation, and elongation. The graphene membrane can be easily and economically manufactured with high yield and high quality, and has excellent mechanical properties, and reduced size and weight, and is easy to fabricate, and can be manufactured by simple and economical process.
