NOVELTY - The laminating apparatus (1) comprises a laminate unit (30) for laminating the carrier film (120) and the graphene film (110) while moving a squeegee (31) in one-way direction. A roller set (21) is arranged in one side of a stage (10), which has a gap larger than the breadth or the length of the graphene film. The graphene film is placed in one side of the carrier film, where the squeegee contacts with the other side of the carrier film. The carrier film comprises a silicon type adhesive formed in one side. USE - Laminating apparatus for a graphene film and a carrier film. ADVANTAGE - Lamination of graphene film and carrier film is enabled without generation of void and wrinkle in the graphene film. High quality graphene film is obtained.
