▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing electrochemical magnetic field detection device based on magnetic induction protein, involves(1)using direct current magnetic control sputtering indium tin oxide on substrate, cleaning; (2) spin-coating positive photoresist on substrate with indium tin oxide conductive layer cleaned, pre-baking, exposing, then developing and hard baking; (3) etching indium tin oxide on hard-baked substrate by etching liquid, removing glue, transferring graphene to surface of working electrode of tin-indium oxide tin after removing glue; (4) paving bovine serum albumin solution on surface of substrate (5) spin-coating positive photoresist on film-forming substrate, pre-baking, exposing, developing, plasma etching; (6)adding EDS solution, NHS solution and MagnisumR/Cry solution according to volume ratio of 0.95-2: 0.95-2: 0.95- 2 to obtain mixed solution, dropping mixed solution to protein film on working electrode area of electrochemical device after etching, incubating and sealing. USE - Preparation method of electrochemical magnetic field detection device based on magnetic induction protein. ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical magnetic field detection device has digitization, miniaturization, and realizes the enhanced detection of the magnetic field excitation signal of the biological magnetic induction protein.
