NOVELTY - Thermoplastic environment-friendly low-temperature resistant polypropylene semi-conductive shielding material with a rated voltage of 220 kV comprises 50-70 pts. wt. block copolymerized polypropylene, 10-25 pts. wt. a polypropylene elastomer, 10-25 pts. wt. a thermoplastic styrene elastomer, 3-10 pts. wt. graphene micro-sheet powder, 3-10 pts. wt. single-wall carbon nano-tube, 20-40 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 0.5-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.2-1 pts. wt. auxiliary dispersant, 0.5-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. scorch inhibitor, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. metal ion passivant and 0.5-2 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - Used as thermoplastic environment-friendly low-temperature resistant polypropylene semi-conductive shielding material. ADVANTAGE - The cable material has excellent conductivity, volume resistivity temperature stability, thermal stability, anti-scorch property, surface smoothness, mechanical property, low temperature resistance, non-crosslinking, low energy consumption, no pollution and can be recycled.
