▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The gas sensor system has an electronic hybrid junction-based device that senses a constituent gaseous composition to provide a high surface to volume ratio and a high mobility connector for electrical signal propagation. A sensor comprises a sensing unit, an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) based signal conditioning unit, a control unit and a user interfacing/display unit. The electronic hybrid junction-based device comprises titanium dioxide nanotube array and reduced graphene oxide nanoribbons. USE - Gas sensor system for detection of low-concentration methanol at room temperature. ADVANTAGE - Ensures fast, low-cost, selective and sensitive detection of low-concentration methanol at room temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a process for forming titanium dioxide nanotube array and reduced graphene oxide nanoribbon based hybrid sensor system; and (2) a process of fabrication of reduced graphene oxide nanoribbon and titanium dioxide nanotube array based sensor system. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the perspective view of a methanol sensor device.
