NOVELTY - Preparing long stagnant ultrafine hollow conductive long fibers by electrospinning comprises (i) blending polyethylene and graphene, carbon nanotubes, and conductive graphite, adding polyvinyl alcohol to mixed material as dispersant, placing mixed material in feeding barrel, heating material to molten state by single-screw extruder to obtain spinning melt, placing helium and nitrogen in core inflator, observing pressure gauge on pipeline of core inflator, adjusting pressure reducing valve, ensuring smooth filling of mixed gas, and adjusting mixing ratio of two gases and amount of inflation, (ii) using coaxial electrospinning technology, spinning out mixed gas in core layer inflation device, filling into fiber through coaxial nozzle, and grounding single-screw extruder, (iii) receiving device of adopts multi-column tubular receiving device, segmenting and bonding received hollow fibers at specific distance to form section-by-section hollow structure to trap gas in fibers. USE - The method is useful for preparing long stagnant ultrafine hollow conductive long fibers by electrospinning. ADVANTAGE - The method: provide long-dwelling ultra-fine hollow conductive long fiber, which can shield long microwaves, is light in weight, and has long duration in air.
