▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves arranging a gas diffusion layer (4) made of graphene between a membrane-electrode arrangement (2) and a bipolar plate (3). A foil or film (5) made of graphene is utilized to produce the gas diffusion layer and is reshaped before installation. The foil or a film made of graphene is utilized in which the graphene is oriented in a first lateral axis direction perpendicular to the foil or film plane and in a second lateral axis direction perpendicular to the foil or film edges. The foil or film is reshaped by an embossing or embossing process. USE - Method for producing fuel cell (claimed) for converting chemical energy into electrical energy using fuel e.g. hydrogen and oxidizing agent such as oxygen. ADVANTAGE - The method enables achieving a highly conductive connection between the membrane-electrode arrangement and the bipolar plate, thus minimizing flow resistance in an axial direction of the gas diffusion layer. The method allows the graphene foil or film to be reshaped by an embossing or embossed process, so that the reshaping can be carried out simply and comparatively inexpensively. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a fuel cell. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional view of the fuel cell.
