The grid electrode and a source drain electrode are connected with an erasing circuit. A grate pole is fixed in a ground. An organic thin film is formed with an electron hole. The reading circuit generates data reading condition when UV light irradiation is removed. USE - Graphene organic thin-film composite structure light trigger nonvalatile storage device. ADVANTAGE - The device reduces writing and reading time and increases device sensitivity, and has high light trigger storage capacity and flexibility.
