NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene iron sulfide nano material, involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in water to obtain a graphene suspension, adding a reducing agent, and ultrasonically processing, adding sodium sulfide to water, heat-dissolving, stirring, and reacting to obtain a sodium sulfide solution, adding ferrous sulfate solution to the graphene suspension, mixing, adding the sodium sulfide solution, heating to 100 degrees C under reflux condition in an inert atmosphere, reacting for 0.5-3 hours, centrifugally separating the reaction product, drying, and grinding. USE - Preparation of graphene iron sulfide nano material for cathode material (all claimed) of lithium ion batteries. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene iron sulfide nano material having high capacity ratio and excellent performance characteristics.
