▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional textured graphene heat radiation slurry comprises (i) taking graphene thin layer through solvent effect forming porous graphene aggregate, heating, rapidly cooling, obtaining three dimensional textured graphite block, (ii) crushing the three dimensional textured graphite block, obtaining three dimensional textured graphite and (iii) using three dimensional textured graphene and polymer and/or polymer of monomer complex, forming heat radiation slurry. USE - The three-dimensional textured graphene heat radiation slurry is useful for preparing optical device, electronic devices or optoelectronic devices (claimed), LED light, electricity, electron and communication fields. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and has easy scale production. The slurry increases heat abstractor of composite material surface area, can have more and more heat guide access. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for three-dimensional textured graphene heat radiation slurry comprising 0.01-90 wt.% matrix component and 0.01-90 wt.% filler component, where the matrix component comprises polymer, the filler component comprises three-dimensional textured graphene and prepared by above method.
