NOVELTY - A graphene cutting fluid comprises 12-25 wt.% polyether, 10-18 wt.% borate, 2-8 wt.% amine compound, 1-8 wt.% antioxidant, 1-8 wt.% oleic acid, 5-11 wt.% polyacid defense rust, 0.2-2 wt.% settling agent, 1-8 wt.% graphene dilution, and/or water balance. USE - Graphene cutting fluid. ADVANTAGE - The polyacid rust inhibitor is an environmentally-friendly water-based rust inhibitor which avoids the damage of traditional sodium nitrite rust inhibitor to the human body, the settling agent effectively solves the problem of non-sedimentation of metal or processed materials during processing, purifies the cutting fluid and improves the anti-wear performance of the machining fluid. Graphene cutting fluid has high cost performance, environmental protection, simple water treatment, no direct pollution to the environment, and good lubrication performance and directly replaces oily cutting oil and save oil resources. The preparation method is simple, the cost is low, and it is suitable for large-scale popularization and application.
