NOVELTY - The module (800) has light-shielding film (1), a light guide film (2), a light-reflecting film (3) and forwarding packaging engine (4) laminated in sequence. The light-shielding film, light-reflecting film and/or forwarding packaging engine are provided with a light-shielding thermally conductive layer. The light-shielding thermally conductive layer is formed by curing black light-shielding thermally conductive ink. The thickness of light-shielding and thermally conductive layer is 0.01-0.2 mm. The light-shielding film has first glue layer, a substrate, a light-reflecting layer A and a second glue layer laminated in sequence. The light-shielding and heat-conducting layer is arranged between base material and light-reflecting layer A. The reflective film (3) has glue layer B, a reflective layer B and outer layer B laminated in sequence. USE - The black light-shielding thermally conductive ink used for forming light-shielding thermally conductive layer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The module conducts high heat, shading, and conducts electricity, and has improved heat dissipation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a black light-shielding thermally conductive ink comprising 65-69 wt.% graphene, 13-17 wt.% resin, 2-4 wt.% defoamer, 4-6 wt.% boiling water and 8-12 wt.% black ink.
