▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing alumina/graphene core-shell complex material comprises (i) chemically modifying alumina surface using isophorone diisocyanate to form an isocyanate group on the surface of the alumina, (ii) coating graphene oxide on the alumina surface by a chemical bond, chemically reacting modified isocyanate group on the surface of the alumina with hydroxy group and carboxy group on the surface of the graphene oxide, chemically bonding graphene oxide sheet to the surface of the alumina particle, attaching adhesive graphene to the alumina to obtain alumina/graphene complex particles, and (iii) placing oxide olefin on the surface of the complex particles in muffle furnace for high temperature reduction, reducing graphene oxide coated on the alumina surface to grapheme to obtain alumina/graphene core-shell complex material. USE - The method is useful for preparing alumina/graphene core-shell complex material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves mechanical property of aluminum oxide ceramic.
