▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of nickel-cobalt metal skeleton compound/graphene composite comprises dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, adding cobalt chloride and urea, mixing in hydrothermal kettle, reacting at 100-160 degrees C for 12-48 hours, rinsing to neutral with deionized water, freeze-drying to obtain cobalt hydroxide nanowires/graphene oxide, dispersing cobalt hydroxide nanowires/graphene oxide in mixed solution of deionized water, ethanol and dimethylformamide (DMF), adding nickel nitrate and terephthalic acid, mixing in hydrothermal kettle, reacting at 120 degrees C for 5-15 hours, washing with absolute ethanol and drying. the mass ratio of graphene oxide and cobalt chloride is 1:6-1:18. The mass ratio of graphene oxide and urea is 1:2.5-1:14. The mass ratio of nickel nitrate to terephthalic acid is 1:1-3:1. The mass ratio of graphene oxide/cobalt hydroxide nanowires to nickel nitrate is 1:3-1:10. USE - The preparation of nickel-cobalt metal skeleton compound-graphene composite is used for supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite is simple, has high electron mobility, high aspect ratio, high specific capacitance and high rate performance as electrode material.
