▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene furfuryl alcohol resin impregnated modified poplar veneer for sound insulation involves (1) delignifying poplar veneer by the sodium chlorite method, adding maleic anhydride and borax into distilled water, heating and magnetically stirring until the powder is fully dissolved, adding the furfuryl alcohol solution slowly, slowly adding graphene oxide, ultrasonically treating, and leaving still to prepare a graphene/furfuryl alcohol resin impregnating solution, (2) immersing the poplar veneer into the graphene/furfuryl alcohol resin impregnating solution, pressurizing, providing a pressure of not less than 200 N per 1m2 veneer, applying vacuum for vacuum impregnation, and then conducting normal temperature and pressure impregnation, and (3) drying until the weight of the poplar veneer no longer changes. USE - Preparation of graphene furfuryl alcohol resin impregnated modified poplar veneer for sound insulation. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare the modified poplar veneer with the best sound insulation performance. The preparation process improves the average sound insulation capacity of the high frequency band by 77%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene furfuryl alcohol resin impregnated modified poplar veneer for sound insulation involves (1) delignifying poplar veneer by the sodium chlorite method, adding maleic anhydride and borax into distilled water, heating and magnetic stirring until the powder is fully dissolved, adding the furfuryl alcohol solution slowly at a rate of 1-4 mL/seconds, magnetically stirring at room temperature, and slowly adding graphene oxide at a rate of 4-12 mg/seconds, heating and magnetically stirring until the color of the solution is uniform, ultrasonically treating, and leaving still to prepare a graphene/furfuryl alcohol resin impregnating solution, (2) immersing the poplar veneer into the graphene/furfuryl alcohol resin impregnating solution and pressurizing it, providing a pressure of not less than 200 N per 1m2 veneer, applying vacuum for vacuum impregnation, and then conducting normal temperature and pressure impregnation, and (3) drying until the weight of the poplar veneer no longer changes.
