▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing rice husk carbon-based graphitized carbon material involves removing silicon with hot alkali, heating a certain fineness of rice husk charcoal and 5% sodium hydroxide solution to boiling at a solid-liquid ratio of 1:5, reacting for 4-12 hours, filtering, washing, drying under reduced pressure at 80-120 degrees C for 2-4 hours, mixing catalyst and raw materials by ball milling the obtained rice husk charcoal with the catalyst in a ball mill for 2-4 hours, carrying out catalytic graphitization by placing the rice husk charcoal mixed in an atmosphere furnace, removing the catalyst is removed, washing with distilled water and drying to obtain the product. USE - The graphitized carbon material is useful for production of high-end products and materials such as graphene, expanded graphite, electrodes and supercapacitors (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple in operation, safe and environmentally-friendly, and has graphitization degree of 97% and yield of graphitic carbon materials of 45%.
