NOVELTY - High hardness aqueous tower coating comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polyurethane emulsion, 10-14 pts. wt. superfine glass powder, 8-12 pts. wt. porous quartz powder, 9-13 pts. wt. flake graphene, 11-15 pts. wt. organic solvent, 12-16 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 7-11 pts. wt. silica sol, 3-5 pts. wt. pigment, 6-8 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 1-3 pts. wt. emulsifier, 30-50 pts. wt. water and 3-5 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - Used as high hardness aqueous tower coating comprising e.g. polyurethane emulsion. ADVANTAGE - The coating improves the hardness, flexural strength and high pressure strength; improves the comprehensive effect through additives and increases the special functions coatings; has rich hardness, low resistance to external pressure, weak protective effect during use; is easy to be scratched; is not good for human health and produce irritating odors during construction and processing. The method has simple selection of raw materials and simple operation; is environmentally friendly and has good comprehensive effect of the obtained high-hardness aqueous tower coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high hardness aqueous tower coating comprising (a) taking polyurethane emulsion, superfine glass powder, porous quartz powder, flake graphene, organic solvent, polyethylene wax, silica sol, pigment, auxiliary agent, emulsifier, water and curing agent, (b) placing superfine glass powder, porous quartz powder and flake graphene in a grinding machine, grinding, mixing fully, placing the superfine glass powder and the mixture of porous quartz powder and flake graphene into a stirrer, adding organic solvent, stirring at a speed of 600-800revolutions/minute for 10-30 minutes to obtain the filler, (c) placing the polyethylene wax into the stirrer, stirring, placing into a emulsifying agent, stirring at a speed at 500-700revolutions/minute for 20-40 minutes to obtain the filler, (d) ultrasonically dispersing auxiliary agent for 10-30 minutes after adding water, adding silica sol, the filler obtained in steps (b) and (c), ultrasonically dispersing again for 20-40 minutes to obtain multifunctional filler and (e) adding water to the polyurethane emulsion, pre-heating to 90-110degrees Celsius, adding pigment, stirring, mixing, placing in a multifunctional filler obtained in step (d), stirring again for 30-50 minutes and cooling to obtain high-hardness aqueous tower coating.
