NOVELTY - The substrate has a noble metal layer laminated on a graphene layer. A metallic layer is formed with multiple penetration holes and made of precious metal material. The graphene layer is laminated on the metallic layer. The precious metal material is a platinum material. USE - Graphene substrate. ADVANTAGE - The metallic layer or the noble metal layer is formed into a mesh form so as to increase carrier density, thus improving charge mobility of the substrate and maintaining uniformity of surface resistance of the substrate. The sheet resistance value of the substrate can be reduced by improving charge mobility of the substrate. The substrate is easy to manufacture. The substrate has high economic efficiency and productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a graphene substrate.
