▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Magnetic Terylene (RTM: Synthetic polyester fiber) fabric is claimed. The magnetic Terylene (RTM: Synthetic polyester fiber) fabric grafts the carrier containing magnetic particles onto the Terylene (RTM: Synthetic polyester fiber) fabric by means of post-finishing grafting, the Terylene (RTM: Synthetic polyester fiber) fabric is woven by yarns containing graphene oxide, the content of graphene oxide is 1-3 wt.% and the carrier is nano-silica. USE - The method is useful for preparing magnetic Terylene (RTM: Synthetic polyester fiber) fabric. ADVANTAGE - The magnetic Terylene (RTM: Synthetic polyester fiber) fabric: has uniform magnetic field distribution and excellent durability; and can be superimposed with some other functions through finishing to improve its wearing performance and wearing comfort. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing magnetic Terylene (RTM: Synthetic polyester fiber) fabric, comprising (i) knitting the woven or non-woven yarns containing graphene oxide Terylene (RTM: Synthetic polyester fiber) fibers or blending graphene oxide fibers and Terylene (RTM: Synthetic polyester fiber) staple fibers to form Terylene (RTM: Synthetic polyester fiber) fabrics containing graphene oxide, (ii) adding magnetic iron(II, III) oxide (Fe3O4) into ethanol for ultrasonic dispersion to obtain magnetic iron(II, III) oxide dispersion, then adding aqueous ammonia, stirring uniformly, adding ethyl orthosilicate for reaction, washing and drying to obtain magnetic iron(II, III) oxide-silicon dioxide nanoparticles, (iii) adding the magnetic iron(II, III) oxide-silicon dioxide nanoparticles prepared in step (ii) into water and ultrasonically processing to obtain an aqueous solution of magnetic particles, then adding an aqueous solution containing a silane coupling agent, reacting at specific temperature and dialyzing to obtain a modified magnetic iron(II, III) oxide-silicon dioxide nanoparticles with composite graft specifications and (iv) soaking the Terylene (RTM: Synthetic polyester fiber) fabric containing graphene oxide prepared in step (i) in finishing solution containing modified magnetic iron(II, III) oxide-silicon dioxide nanoparticles, washing the finished fabric and drying and then soaking in pure water to obtain final product.
