NOVELTY - The method involves ultrasonic dispersing silicon powder in deionized water according to mass ratio of silicon and graphite oxide. An upper layer back-filter film of oxidized graphite alkene is vacuum de-ioned and dried in air. The filter film is taken off, placed in a quartz boat, and put in a tubular furnace under atmosphere protection. Certain gas flow rate of the film is maintained at temperature of 400-800 degrees centigrade. The film is calcined for 3 hours to obtain a lithium ion battery cathode material-silicongraphene film. USE - Power lithium ion battery cathode material preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing a power lithium ion battery cathode material in a simple manner, directly using a prepared silicon/graphene thin film as the cathode material lithium ion battery, which avoids adding a conductive additive and a binder. The material has better ductility and flexible processing performance and large scale industrial production. The method enables combining nanometer technique and using a silicon active material with high conductivity, better mechanical property of graphene, constructing three-dimensional network structure silicon/graphene, promoting lithium ion in lithium ion battery cycle in process of three-dimensional direction of migration and diffusion, and improving non-aqueous electrolytes secondary battery capacity of the cathode material.
