NOVELTY - The machine has a machine body provided with a motor groove. A top wall of the motor groove is fixed with a motor. A lower side of the motor is connected with a spline shaft that is mounted on a bottom wall of the motor groove. A lower side of the motor groove is provided with a brake cavity. An inner bottom wall of an annular groove is fixed with an annular guide rail that is symmetrically and slidingly installed with an annular slide rail. A disk is arranged on a lower side of the machine body. The machine body and the disk are provided with spraying elements for cooperating with fire extinguishing. USE - Machine for matching graphene lubricating oil with a ceiling fan. ADVANTAGE - The machine reduces impact force, so that the impact force is reduced by pressure cotton, and safety is improved, thus reducing damage degree of the machine and saving cost of the machine.
