NOVELTY - A flexible cadmium telluride thin film solar battery structure comprises graphene that is adhered on polyimide thin film with glue; cadmium telluride deposited on the graphene through sputtering method and cadmium chloride annealing; indium tin oxide thin film deposited on graphene through sputtering deposition; indium welded on graphene; and connection wire. USE - A flexible cadmium telluride thin film solar battery structure useful as energy source. ADVANTAGE - The battery has graphene which has high current carrier transmission speed and good mechanics performance; and has light weight and low cost.
