The rubber tire is single-atom zinc material, rubber, vulcanizing agent, accelerator, dispersant, softener, anti-aging agent and functional filler. The single-atom zinc material is carrier and transition metal, and the carrier is nano-calcium carbonate. The preparation method of the monoatomic zinc material comprises (1) subjecting the carrier to ball milling treatment to obtain carrier with a particle size ≤ 200 nm, (2) adding the support in the metal hydroxide aqueous solution of 1 mol/l, (3) mixing the carrier with the zinc metal salt solution with zinc ion content of 100-200 g/l, and ball milling the resulting material after drying, and (4) subjecting the solid powder to activation treatment. The rubber tire is single-atom zinc material, rubber, vulcanizing agent, accelerator, dispersant, softener, anti-aging agent and functional filler. The single-atom zinc material is carrier and transition metal, and the carrier is nano-calcium carbonate. The transition metal is zinc. The transition metal is anchored on the defect site on the surface of the carrier in the form of single atom. The mass ratio of the transition metal contained in the monoatomic zinc material to the carrier is 1:5-1:10.
