NOVELTY - A titanium oxide/graphene dioxide-based sensor comprises a ceramic substrate, gold or copper electrodes, titanium oxide/graphene composite heater and thermocouple, and a speaker signal processing section, and is obtained using slurry mixed with water or ethanol, subjecting to electrochemical deposition method and then naturally-drying. USE - Titanium oxide/graphene dioxide-based sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The titanium oxide/graphene dioxide-based sensor has high sensitivity, reduced working temperature and short response time.
