NOVELTY - Use of nano-layered dual hydroxide/graphene quantum dot material, is claimed for promoting osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells and preparation of medicine for repairing and regenerating bone defect. USE - The nano-layered dual hydroxide/graphene quantum dot material is useful for promoting osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells and preparation of medicine for repairing and regenerating bone defect (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: liquid composition for promoting osteoblast differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells or promoting bone defect repair and regeneration comprising mesenchymal stem cells and nano-layered dual hydroxide/graphene quantum dot material, where the concentration of the nano-layered dual hydroxide/graphene quantum dot composite material in the liquid preparation is 1-50 g/ml and the mesenchymal stem cell is bone marrow, umbilical cord or adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells; and preparation method of nano-layered dual hydroxide/graphene quantum dot material involves dissolving the soluble divalent metal ion salt and soluble trivalent metal ion salt in water, preparing metal ion salt solution, using dual distilled water removing carbon dioxide as solvent, preparing sodium hydroxide solution under nitrogen atmosphere, adding the metal ion salt solution into vigorously stirred sodium hydroxide solution to obtain first suspension, transferring the first suspension to hydrothermal synthesis kettle, heating at 80-120°C for 14-18 hours to obtain second suspension, drying the second suspension to obtain the nano-layered dual hydroxide, incubating the nano-layered dual hydroxide and graphene quantum dot overnight at 4°C, and centrifuging and washing to remove un-combined material.
