▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-silicon carbide fiber composite material comprises graphene which is coated on surface of silicon carbide fiber. The surface of silicon carbide fiber is connected with the graphene sheet by Van der Waals force. The silicon carbide fiber is cross-linked by graphene coated on the surface to form untwisted yarn, non-woven fabric or chopped strand mat. USE - Graphene-silicon carbide fiber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The silicon carbide fiber in the graphene-silicon carbide fiber composite material exhibits excellent mechanical properties and electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity to enhance the performance of the composite material. The graphene-silicon carbide fiber composite has high crosslinking strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing graphene-silicon carbide fiber composite material, involves (i) surface-coating silicon carbide fibers with a graphene oxide dispersion, drying, obtaining silicon carbide fibers coated with graphene oxide, (ii) coating graphene oxide-coated silicon carbide fibers in a solvent for surface swelling, then combining and drying the fibers to form the untwisted yarn, or overlapping the fibers with each other, drying to form non-woven fabric or chopped strand mat, and drying at a temperature of below 100 degrees C, (iii) obtaining graphene-silicon carbide fiber composite material after reduction.
