▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene glue comprises 30-60 wt.% bisphenol glycidyl ether epoxy resin, 10-30 wt.% polyphenol type glycidyl ether epoxy resin, 1-10 wt.% heterocyclic mixed epoxy resin, 1-10 wt.% reactive diluent, 1-10 wt.% toughener, 5-30 wt.% graphene, 1-10 wt.% carbon nanotubes, 0.1-2 wt.% carbon interface treatment agent, and 0.01-1 wt.% reactive silicone modifier as component A, 40-60 wt.% curing agent, 1-10 wt.% curing accelerator, 1-10 wt.% inactive diluent, 5-30 wt.% graphene, 1-10 wt.% carbon nanotubes, 0.1-2 wt.% carbon interface treatment agent, and 0.01-1 wt.% reactive silicone modifier as component B. The graphene glue includes component A and component B are mixed in a mass ratio of 1-2:1. USE - Used as graphene glue. ADVANTAGE - The glue: utilizes graphene's excellent electronic and thermal physical properties; achieves the performance of electromagnetic and thermal shielding; has synergistic effect; and achieves excellent mechanical strength and reliable stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene glue, comprising (i) adding bisphenol glycidyl ether epoxy resin, polyphenol glycidyl ether epoxy resin, heterocyclic mixed epoxy resin, reactive diluent, toughening agent, carbon interface treatment agent and reactive silicone modifier, uniformly stirring, then adding graphene and carbon nanotubes to the reaction kettle A, and uniformly stirring, stirring and dispersing under negative pressure conditions to uniform without bubbles to obtain gel sample A, (ii) adding curing agent, curing accelerator, non-reactive diluent, Carbon interface treatment agent, reactive organosilicon modifier, and uniformly stirring, then adding graphene and carbon nanotubes to the reaction kettle B, and uniformly stirring under the conditions of negative pressure and circulating water cooling, stirring until there is no bubble to obtain gel sample B, (iii) taking out the glue sample A and the glue sample B respectively, and uniformly mixing according to the weight ratio of 1-2:1 to obtain graphene glue.
