▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing elastic conductive fibers by microfluidic coating technology comprises (i) pre-drafting core layer filament based on preset draft ratio, (ii) preparing skin layer solution, where the skin layer solution includes first conductive material and film-forming substance, (iii) coating skin layer solution on surface of pre-drawn core layer filament by microfluidic coating technology and curing into film to obtain skin-core fiber, and (iv) immersing skin-core fibers in second conductive material dispersion, swelling and coating, and releasing pre-drawing stress of core layer filaments to obtain elastic conductive fibers, where the first conductive material and second conductive material is one-dimensional conductive material or two-dimensional conductive material. USE - The method is useful in preparing elastic conductive fibers for wearable electronic devices. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for elastic conductive fiber, prepared by above method.
