NOVELTY - Graphene polyester antistatic composite fiber comprises nylon fiber as core wire and outer covering polyester fiber, where nylon fiber comprises 95-98 pts. wt. nylon and 2-5 pts. wt. modifier; modifier comprises 70-80 pts. wt. graphene, 10-18 pts. wt. basalt and 2-5 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene; polyester fiber comprises 93-95 pts. wt. polyester and 5-7 pts. wt. antistatic agent; antistatic agent comprises 70-80 pts. wt. fullerene, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon fiber, and 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum nitride. USE - Used as graphene polyester antistatic composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The composite fiber has comfortable hand feeling, high strength and certain antistatic ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene polyester antistatic composite fiber comprising (i) mixing 70-80 pts. wt. graphene, 10-18 pts. wt. basalt and 2-5 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene and adding into the reaction furnace for high temperature heating, where heating temperature is 400-500 degrees C, and cooling, and grinding into powder to obtain modifier, (ii) mixing 95-98 pts. wt. nylon and 2-5 pts. wt. modifier, performing melt extrusion in screw extruder to obtain modified nylon melt, where temperature is 240-250 degrees C, (iii) mixing 70-80 pts. wt. fullerene, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon fiber and 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum nitride in high-speed mixer for 2 minutes, compacting under pressure of 2.5 MPa for 5 minutes, and then transferring to heating furnace at 380 degrees C for 2 hours, taking out, cooling, grinding into powder to obtain antistatic agent, (iv) mixing 93-95 pts. wt. polyester and 5-7 pts. wt. antistatic agent uniformly in screw extruder for melt extrusion to obtain denatured polyester melt, where temperature is 300-320 degrees C, and (v) coating denatured polyester melt on the core of modified nylon melt through conjugate spinning assembly to form graphene polyester antistatic composite fiber.
