▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-based thermally conductive silicon grease is prepared from 5-60 wt.% organopolysiloxane (A), 10-90 wt.% thermally conductive filler (B), 5-80 wt.% graphene slurry (C), 0.01-50 wt.% surface treatment agent (D)and 0.01-1 wt.% thixotropic agent (E). USE - Graphene-based thermally conductive silicon grease is used for heaters and radiators. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based thermally conductive silicon grease has excellent liquidity and reduced interface heat resistance, and improves heat transfer and durability of heaters. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-based thermally conductive silicon grease.
