▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Silicon oxide hybridized graphene aerogel with high specific surface area, is claimed. The graphene aerogel is obtained by surface distribution of silicon oxide particles on graphene. The graphene aerogel has porous structure. USE - Used as silicon oxide hybridized graphene aerogel with high specific surface area. ADVANTAGE - The aerogel comprises silicon oxide particle which are uniformly distributed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing silicon oxide hybridized graphene aerogel with high specific surface area, comprising (i) mixing graphite powder and potassium permanganate with a ratio of 1:3-10 to obtain graphite powder/potassium permanganate mixture, mixing concentrated phosphoric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid at a ratio of 1:5-15 to obtain a mixed acid, placing 10-40 pts. wt. mixed acid in an ice bath, stirring and adding 1 pts. wt. graphite powder/potassium permanganate mixture, warming to 40-60 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 5-24 hours, adding 10-50 pts. wt. ice water containing 0.1-3 pts. wt. of 30% hydrogen peroxide, centrifuging for 1 hour, removing effluent, dissolving effluent in 10-100 pts. wt. deionized water, centrifuging for 1 hour, dissolving effluent in 10-100 pts. wt. of 10-35% hydrochloric acid, centrifuging for 1 hour, dissolving the effluent in 10-100 pts. wt. ethanol, centrifuging for 1 hour, repeating the process for 3-10 times, taking out and drying to obtain graphene oxide, where the pts. wt. of the liquid is ml and solid is g, (ii) adding graphene oxide to 30-100 pts. wt. of deionized water, stirring for 20-150 minutes, subjecting to ultrasonic treatment for 20-600 minutes, and centrifuging for 10-120 minutes to obtain the graphene oxide dispersion, (iii) mixing the graphene oxide dispersion and 0.001-0.1 pts. wt. silicone and heating to 60-180 degrees C for 1-48 hours to obtain graphene hybridized silica gel, and (iv) drying the graphene hybridizes silica gel.
