NOVELTY - Anti-short circuit solid battery comprises battery unit provided with anode pole piece, insulating ring, solid electrolyte layer and cathode pole piece. The battery unit is provided with anode current collector and the anode coating layer. The cathode pole piece is provided with cathode current collectors and cathode coating layers. The insulating rings are sleeved on the edges of the anode pole piece and anode coating film layer. A solid electrolyte layer set between pole pieces. The anode layer is provided between the cathodes on the negative side of the electrode pole piece of the side. The width of cathode is greater than 0.05 mm and the width of anode is less than 0:0.3 mm. The length of the negative coating area and the length of positive coating area are greater than L3-L4. USE - Used as anti-short circuit solid battery e.g. lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - The circuit solid battery when the lamination of the insulating ring is placed in the anode pole piece foil region, fills the solid electrolyte interlayer gap, and prevents the cathode cracking when pressing the electric core. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the circuit solid battery, comprising (1) coating the anode coating film mixture material on the anode current collector to form the anode coating film layer, where the anode coating film mixture material comprises anode active material, conductive agent, binder and solid state electrolyte, (2) bonding the insulating ring to the anode current collector by means of transfer printing or pressing and surrounds the anode coating layer in all directions, (3) coating the cathode coating film mixed material on the cathode current collector, where the cathode coating film mixed material comprises cathode active material, conductive agent, binder and solid electrolyte, (4) preparing solid electrolyte layer by independent film formation or transfer printing, where the solid-state electrolyte comprises oxide-type solid-state electrolytes, sulfide-type solid-state electrolytes, polymer electrolytes and/or halide electrolytes, (4) cutting the positive pole roll, insulating ring, solid electrolyte layer and negative pole roll according to the design size requirements, (6) stacking the positive pole roll, solid electrolyte layer and negative pole roll from bottom to top, (7) encapsulating the stack, and (8) pressing the packaged lamination to obtain product.
