DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing graphene oxide embedded silicon nanowire composite material, which involves performing a magnetic control sputtering process on modified graphene surface deposition oxidation catalyst, obtaining a modified oxidation graphene and a silicon nano wire deposition point using a modified graphene oxidation closeness device and silicon source, taking carbonaceous sediment of the silicon nano wire under certain condition to obtain the finished product.
