▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene/ultramicro cobalt(II,III) oxide particles composite material preparing method involves mixing different proportions of cobalt(II,III) oxide nanoparticles and graphene oxide precursors in different solvents thoroughly to obtain mixed solution. The mixed solution is taken target liquid and carried out for irradiation/ablation under different pulse laser condition to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene/ultramicro cobalt(II,III) oxide particles composite material for use as supercapacitor electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene/ultramicro cobalt(II,III) oxide particles composite material with improved product purity, in simple and cost effective manner.
