NOVELTY - The preparation method of noise-reducing graphene anticorrosive coating involves mixing sodium peroxide powder with graphene powder, preheating and rotating in a coating pan, spraying a molten aqueous polyurethane onto the surface of powder to form polyurethane thin film packaging layer, cooling to obtain coating additive, adding coating additive to coating before the coating is used, uniformly mixing, dissolving the thin film, reacting sodium peroxide with water to generate gas to form bubbles and promoting secondary dispersion of graphene to get product. USE - The method is useful for preparing noise-reducing graphene anticorrosive coating, which is useful for railway facilities. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of noise-reducing graphene anticorrosive coating with reduced energy consumption and quality in an environmentally-friendly manner.
