NOVELTY - Composite film comprises multiple of reduced graphenes and nano-composite structures which are mixed with multiple of reduced graphene, where each of nano-composite structures comprise nano-diamond and carbon layer which is coated with the nano-diamond. USE - As composite film. ADVANTAGE - The composite film has high heat conduction and heat dissipation, and excellent vertical and horizontal thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the film involving preparing the graphene oxide solution, where the graphene oxide solution comprises a multiple of graphene oxides, preparing a nano-particle solution, where nano-particle solution comprises a multiple of nano-initial composite structures, each nano-initial composite structure comprises a nano-diamond and polydopamine layer coated with the nano-diamond, mixing the graphene oxide solution and the nano-particle solution in a mixed solution, carrying out suction filtration on the mixed solution, retaining the mixed graphene oxides and the multiple of nano-initial composite structures to form a preliminary film, heating the preliminary film, reducing the multiple of graphene oxides into a multiple of reduced graphenes, converting the multiple of polydopamine layers into a multiple of carbon layers, converting the multiple of nano-initial composite structures into multiple of nano-composite structure and forming the finished product.
