▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of germanium/graphene/titanium dioxide nanofiber composite material involves preparing (i) germanium/graphene nanofibers by electrostatic spinning method, preparing (ii) titanium dioxide on the germanium/graphene nanofibers by atomic layer deposition method, and follow-up processing (iii) of the obtained germanium/graphene/titanium dioxide nanofiber composite material. USE - Preparation of germanium/graphene/titanium dioxide nanofiber composite material used for forming negative electrode of battery (claimed) e.g. metal-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of germanium/graphene/titanium dioxide nanofiber composite material having excellent electrochemical performance. The negative electrode formed using the germanium/graphene/titanium dioxide nanofiber composite material provides battery having high capacity, and excellent cycle stability and rate performance. The graphene and titanium dioxide can provide dual protection for germanium nanofibers, thereby preventing germanium from being damaged due to volume expansion during charging and discharging processes.
