NOVELTY - An environmentally friendly knitted fabric comprises a carbon black filament, a graphene filament wound around an outer side of the carbon black filament and a maize yarn wound around an outer surface of the carbon black filament, where the maize yarn comprises maize and cotton fiber. The preparing method involves obtaining maize and cotton fiber, carding processing and combing processing to prepare maize tampon and combed sliver, roving processing, fine sand processing and winding processing to obtain a maize yarn, dispersing the dispersing agent, graphene oxide and cellulose, dissolving in a solution of ionic liquid, preparing the mixed spinning dope, adding mixed solution, filtering the spinning dope, solidifying, drawing, washing, bleaching, oiling, drying and winding to obtain a graphene filament, placing the maize yarn, the carbon black filament and the graphene filament, electronic packaging, and placing on a knitting machine to obtain the finished product. USE - Environmentally friendly knitted fabric for use in a storage device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The environmentally friendly knitted fabric and the storage device have excellent mechanical properties, antistatic properties, stability performance, simple preparation process, low cost, environmental friendliness and no pollution, ensures that maize yarn is soft and smooth, strong, moisture-absorbing and breathable. The processed products has silky luster and comfortable skin feel, better drape, better heat resistance, UV resistance and better taking performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An environmentally friendly knitted fabric comprises a carbon black filament, a graphene filament wound around an outer side of the carbon black filament and a maize yarn wound around an outer surface of the carbon black filament, where the maize yarn comprises maize fiber and cotton fiber. The preparing method involves obtaining maize fiber and cotton fiber sequentially by open cotton processing, carding processing and combing processing to prepare maize tampon and combed sliver, processing the maize tampon and combed sliver in parallel, processing the processed product, roving processing, fine sand processing and winding processing to obtain a maize yarn, dispersing the dispersing agent, graphene oxide and cellulose, dissolving in an aqueous solution of ionic liquid, where the amount of graphene oxide added is 0.5-1 wt.% cellulose, preparing the mixed spinning dope, adding obtained mixed solution, filtering the spinning dope, spuning, solidifying, drawing, washing, bleaching, oiling, drying and winding to obtain a graphene filament, placing the maize yarn, the carbon black filament and the graphene filament on a yarn wrapping machine for processing, using the maize yarn and the far-infrared filament as a wrapping material, the carbon black filament as a core material and electronic packaging, spinning environmentally friendly yarn through an electronic yarn wrapping machine and placing on a knitting machine for processing to obtain the environmentally friendly knitted fabric.
