NOVELTY - Broad spectrum control of biochemical sludge expansion agent comprises mixture of iron oxide, active carbon and graphene. USE - Used as sludge expansion agent. ADVANTAGE - The sludge expansion agent has self-gravity compression function, the multiple action applied to the sludge expansion control, has fast effect, no secondary pollution, long lasting inhibitory effect, and broad spectrum. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the broad spectrum control of biochemical sludge expansion agent comprising (i) preparing iron ion salt solution: respectively taking iron(II) sulfate heptahydrate and iron(III) chloride hexahydrate solids, dissolving in water to obtain iron ion salt solution, the ferric iron salt solution of ferrous ion is not less than 30% of total content of iron ion, (ii) activating the active carbon: taking active carbon powder in the sodium hydroxide solution, after washing. then soaking in the hydrochloric acid solution, the iron ion salt solution, drying, cooling, (iii) using the resulting the active carbon, and graphene powder of iron element in the iron ion salt solution, adding active carbon and graphite powder of mass proportion of 10:1:0.1, after ultrasonically mixing uniformly, heating, adjusting pH to 10-11 by sodium hydroxide solution, continuously stirring, heating, aging, cooling, washing the precipitate to be neutral; and (iv) drying the resulting precipitate, grinding and sieving the grain diameter to 150-250 meshes of powder particles.
