▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing heating wear-resistant carpet comprises e.g. (i) taking film and textile fabric; (ii) adding four-needle-shaped nano zinc oxide into absolute ethyl alcohol solution, stirring with lauric acid, centrifuging, drying, grinding and sieving to obtain modified zinc oxide; (iii) adding nitrile rubber and modified zinc oxide into internal mixer, mixing with plasticizer and accelerator and vulcanizing to obtain the film; (iv) adding graphene oxide into acetic acid solution, stirring and performing electrostatic spinning to obtain acetate fiber on aluminum foil; (v) soaking acetate fiber in ammonium azide solution, heating, washing and drying to prepare modified acetate fiber; (vi) double twisting, spinning and weaving modified acetate fiber to obtain textile fabric; and (vii) placing film above textile fabric, aligning and cutting redundant film or textile fabric heating wear-resistant carpet blank, placing in absolute ethyl alcohol and hot pressing. USE - The method is useful for preparing heating wear-resistant carpet. ADVANTAGE - The method: can eliminate stress concentration and enhance the wear resistance and crosslink density and prevent the carpet from easily absorbing water molecules in the air thus prevents the carpet from heating and also feel temperature changes more quickly when heat is generated. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing heating wear-resistant carpet comprises (i) taking 10-20 pts. wt. film and 10-20 pts. wt. textile fabric, the film is made of modified zinc oxide blending nitrile rubber and the textile fabric is woven by modified acetate fiber; (ii) adding the four-needle-shaped nano zinc oxide into the absolute ethyl alcohol solution which is of 4 times of the mass of the four-needle-shaped nano zinc oxide, adding lauric acid with mass of 0.02 times of the mass of the four needle-shaped nano zinc oxide, stirring for 12 hours at the room temperature at 400-800 revolutions/minute, centrifuging, collecting the lower layer of mud, adding absolute ethyl alcohol into the mud to wash, centrifuging again, washing and centrifuging repeatedly for 3 times, drying the centrifugal product in the oven at 80degrees Celsius for 1-2 hours, grinding and sieving with 100 meshes sieve to obtain the modified zinc oxide; (iii) adding the nitrile rubber and modified zinc oxide at mass ratio of 200:1-240: 1 into the internal mixer, mixing for 5-7 minutes, adding a plasticizer 0.005 times the mass of the nitrile rubber, mixing continuously, when the mixer temperature reaches to 70-80degrees Celsius discharging to obtain nitrile rubber blank, placing the nitrile rubber blank at room temperature for 24-48 hours, adding into the open mill, adding accelerator of 0.005 times of nitrile rubber mass, turning for 15-25 minutes, discharging, placing at room temperature for 20-30 hours, placing on the flat vulcanizing machine, vulcanizing at 150degrees Celsius for 5-8 minutes, discharging and parking for 24 hours to obtain the film; (iv) dispersing the 1.2-1.6 times mass of acetate fiber sheet, adding graphene oxide which is 0.1-0.12 times the mass of the acetate sheet into the 20-40% acetic acid solution, transferring the reaction system into a constant-temperature magnetic stirrer, adjusting temperature is 30-50degrees Celsius, rotating at 800-1000 revolutions/minute, stirring for 5-6 hours to prepare the acetate fiber spinning solution, transferring into the injector and performing electrostatic spinning to obtain acetate fiber on the aluminum foil; (v) soaking the acetate fiber in ammonium azide solution of 5-10 times mass of acetate fiber, heating to 100-120degrees Celsius to react until there is no gas escaping, taking out, washing with de-ionized water for 3-5 times and drying to constant weight to prepare the modified acetate fiber; (vi) double twisting, spinning and weaving the modified acetate fiber to obtain the 120 g/m2 textile fabric; and (vii) placing the film above the textile fabric, aligning and correspondingly cutting redundant film or textile fabric to obtain the heating wear-resistant carpet blank, placing in absolute ethyl alcohol of 5-10 times of the mass of the heating wear-resistant carpet blank, taking out after 20-30 minutes, drying to constant weight in the oven at 80degrees Celsius, and hot pressing.
