▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor comprises a flexible substrate (1), the surface of the flexible substrate is coated with a graphene oxide layer (2). The surface of the flexible substrate of the layer is deposited with a gold film (3) by ion sputtering. The polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) as the main agent, it is mixed with the curing agent at a mass ratio of 10:1, and after stirring and degassing, it is suspended on the glass substrate and cured. The cured PDMS from after peeling off the glass substrate and pre-stretching the preset length, wrinkles can be formed on the surface of the PDMS. USE - Sensor for scale-controllable micro-wrinkle gold film flexible crack. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has good sensitivity, can sensitively and reliably convert the external force received into the change of resistance, and has great production and practical significance.
