▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sensor comprises a flexible substrate (1), the surface of the flexible substrate is coated with a graphene oxide layer (2). The polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) as the main agent, it is mixed with the curing agent at a mass ratio of 10:1, and after stirring and degassing, it is suspended on the glass substrate and cured. The cured PDMS from after peeling off the glass substrate and pre-stretching the preset length, wrinkles can be formed on the surface of the PDMS.
