NOVELTY - Preparation of monolayer graphene, involves adding graphite an inorganic acid, benzene sulfonate and peracetic acid, carrying out reaction, adding potassium permanganate, stirring, reacting to obtain brown solution, diluting brown solution with water, adding hydrogen peroxide, filtering, adding filter cake to ethanol and stirring, and washing filter cake with water, pickling to neutral to obtain graphite oxide, uniformly dispersing graphite oxide in ethylene diamine, then reacting in an ultrasonic reactor, filtering, and washing with ethanol to obtain a black solid, and drying. USE - Preparation of monolayer graphene for use in industrial application. ADVANTAGE - The number of graphene layers is small, and is not easy to reunite. The problems of re-stacking to natural state and surface oxygen absorption in monolayer graphene are solved. The monolayer graphene is prepared easily by a simple method while saving time and production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of monolayer graphene, involves adding graphite an inorganic acid, benzene sulfonate and peracetic acid, carrying out reaction at 20-30 degrees C for 1.5-3 hours, then adding potassium permanganate, stirring at 60-65 degrees C, reacting for 3-5 hours to obtain brown solution where the mass ratio of graphite, benzene sulfonate, peracetic acid, and inorganic acid is 1:(3-5):(6-9):(25-30) and the mass ratio of potassium permanganate and graphite is (8-12):1, then diluting the brown solution with water, adding hydrogen peroxide, then filtering, adding the filter cake to ethanol and stirring, and then washing the filter cake with water, pickling to neutral to obtain graphite oxide, adding graphite oxide to ethylene diamine, uniformly dispersing the graphite oxide in ethylene diamine, then reacting in an ultrasonic reactor for 3-4 hours at 500-700 W and 20-40 KHz, filtering the reaction mixture after the completion of the reaction, and washing with ethanol to obtain a black solid, and drying to obtain monolayer graphene.
